Using special characters in the Business Context Name in SAS® Customer Intelligence might fail when you execute the campaigns with sasmalauncher.
You might see the following error in the sasmalauncher log:
UserException Cause message is user=sasdemo, bctx=GeschU+00e4ftsbereich ERROR 21:Aug:2013 @ 04:25:56:488: EXCEPTION ERROR Additional information: UserID = <sasdemo@LINUS> context =ERROR 21:Aug:2013 @ 04:25:56:612: EXCEPTION ERROR 23 Unable to switch to context ERROR 23 Unable to switch to context com.sas.analytics.crm.ma.launcher.LaunchException: 23 Unable to switch to context
As a workaround, avoid using special characters in the Business Context Name.
This issue is planned to be fixed in a later software release.
